They produces numerous varieties of fabrics including Single Jersey, Double Jersey, S/J Cotton Elastin, RIB, 1*1 RIB Cotton Elastin, Interlock, all kinds of Drop RIB, all kinds of Pique, Engineering Stripe, Pointed RIB, Plating Fabric, Waffle, Crepe, Thermal, Jersey Twill and many more.
Our Partner Production Factory has state-of-the-art machinery for fabric dyeing and finishing. For their intensive experience and expertise , their dyeing process results in a clone-like uniformity in fabric dyeing. They uses fong’s brand machines for high temperature and atmospheric dyeing.
In finishing section, they uses the world’s latest technology TUBE-TEX machines from USA and SANTEX machine from Switzerland. They has both the facilities like open width and tubular finishing. Here, shade of every finished fabric lot is verified with Data Color Brand Color Matching System.
Our Partner Production Factory pays an utmost attention to raise and maintain their quality yarn dyeing standard.Their dyeing experts and organized professional team have raised the yarn dyeing level virtually to the zero deviation level according to the standards of the buyers.
Under closely controlled conditions, Knit Concern Group repeatedly obtains yarn samples to test them through selected dye baths to compare their dye ability variables. And thus, by way of analytical method, they proceeds to subsequent dyeing conforming to the best test results for the desired accuracy. Depending on the situations, however, samples are then placed through further critical secondary and tertiary stages also.
They uses yarns from a single lot from a selected yarn manufacturer, and from a given production run. They maintains careful control of yarn inventory also. As further, they uses several other process control tools to achieve the desired yarn dyeing perfection level of quality.
For yarn dyeing process, our partner uses state-of-the-art machinery of SSM Brand from Switzerland, FADIS and DETTIN from Italy, and STRAYFIELD from England.
Our Partner Production Factory got the Laboratory where an independent department to play a critical role in every production phase specially in knitting, fabric dyeing and yarn dyeing sections to maintain the quality standards.
Our Partner Production Factory has both fabric printing and garment printing facilities.
They can apply pigment, Reactive and discharge printing augmented with All Over Rotary screen printing techniques for about 12tons of fabrics a day.
They has a garment printing as well .Equipped with necessary machinery needed for firm to screen developments; They has the ability to print in pigment, silicon puff, Flock, Glitter, Metal Stone and Rubber techniques.They can print 1,00,000 pieces of apparel per day, per design , in up to 12 colors together.
Our Partner Production Factory has a huge washing plant independently capable of processing the entire volume of washing the group requires. As well, they can apply any type of washing processes required in the knit industry.

Most advanced Lectra System from France and Gerber from USA, IMA from Italy, Graphtech from Japan and Winda are used here. Our Partner Production Factory uses CAM’s Automatic Fabric Spreading machines and computerized marking and cutting system also.
Our Partner Production Factory has has fully computerized multi-head automatic embroidery machines from TAJIMA, Japan, to offer about 75 Million stitches of quality embellishments a day.
Having both quantitative and qualitative facilities to ensure tailoring excellence, the sewing floors of Our Partner Production Factory are capable of producing 150,000 pieces of garments per day. They has 3,700 brand machines of Pegasus, Brother, and Juki with automatic thread cutting, trimming, and sucking devices. They has some other special types of sewing machinery like PICOT, FAGOT, ZIGZAG, FEED-OFF-THE-ARM and ELASTIC INSERTING. To generate perfection, their sewing floors are under constant and continuous surveillance and quality monitoring system.
The finishing sections of Knit Concern Group have 270 sets of Steam Press Irons with Vacuum Tables of NAOMOTO brand from Japan. Other finishing machineries include needle search machines from CINTEX and LOCK from UK as well as Thread Blowing, Stain Removing, Carton Box Striping, Fusing and other necessary equipment and devices.
